Print it out and assemble it by following the instructions in the PDF file. Then, return to the product page, select “Customized size”, and take all the required measurements as indicated in the table and the accompanying diagram, which shows exactly where on the body to measure. If you create an account, your measurements will be saved and available for future purchases. You can update or edit your measurements manually within your account at any time. Our atelier has over 35 years of experience in creating made-to-measure garments — even remotely — which makes us highly skilled in producing pieces that meet or exceed your expectations.

No, we do not offer returns, as all our garments are custom-made to your individual measurements. Among the core values of our brand are enhancing individual beauty through customization and sustainable craftsmanship. For this reason, we do not keep stock (to avoid waste) and we do not accept returns (to reduce product waste and the environmental impact of logistics). Our atelier’s 35+ years of experience in bespoke tailoring, including remote work, ensure that every piece is crafted with precision and care to meet your expectations. This tool helps identify your color type (to determine which color palette enhances your features the most) and your body shape (to suggest the garment cuts that best flatter your silhouette). At the end of the test, we recommend a capsule wardrobe curated from our collections — showcasing the pieces that best complement your personal color type and body shape. The results are saved in your account for future reference.
